PROPERTY LOGIC WINS A TOTAL OF 7 PRESTIGIOUS AWARDS

Property Logic, one of the major touristic developers of the new costal destination Mediterrania-Saïdia, has attracted international industry recognition for the quality of its developments by winning an additional 5 awards in the last two months from CNBC, OPP and Homes Overseas Magazine. Adding to the two CNBC awards received last year this makes Property Logic the winner of a total of 7 prestigious awards for its Le Jardin de Fleur resort developments in Saïdia, Morocco.

These awards recognize Property Logic’s commitment to the highest levels of quality in terms of partnership, architectural design and development. This year the developer announced management agreements for Le Jardin de Fleur with Radisson, Best Western Premier, Golden Tulip Hospitality Group, David Lloyd Resorts and Hivernage Hotels & Spa Group. It is expected that operators for all 11 Le Jardin de Fleur will be announced in January 2009. The first resort being built by Property Logic – the Best Western Premier Saïdia – will open in June 2009.
