HIVERNAGE PARTNERS WITH LE JARDIN DE FLEUR

Le Jardin de Fleur, the leading resort developer in Mediterrania-Saïdia Morocco, announces the appointment of further brands to operate its resorts. The luxury Moroccan brand, Hivernage Hotels & Spa Group has chosen Saïdia as it next location for a new five star resort opening in 2010.

Le Jardin de Fleur signed a management agreement last week with the Marrakech-based luxury operator Hivernage. The Hivernage Resort & Spa will feature 76 villa residences with their own private pool. Enjoying a tranquil beach and golf position the resort will feature outdoor and indoor lagoon pools, Moroccan spa, French brasserie, clubhouse and tennis courts.

Located 35 minutes from Oujda International Airport, in the region known as the “blue pearl of Morocco”, Mediterrania-Saïdia offers 6 km of beautiful beaches, three 18-hole golf courses, a large leisure marina, business conference facilities and a wide variety of international restaurants and shops.

“We are developing a total of 11 individually-styled resorts that offer full service operated leaseback properties in Le Jardin de Fleur Saïdia.
