KENZI GROUP TO OPEN PREMIUM RESORT IN SAÏDIA MOROCCO

The Kenzi Group has signed a management contract with the developer Property Logic for the “Kenzi Premium” project in Le Jardin de Fleur Saïdia.

Already dubbed the “exotic Côte d’Azur”, it forms part of the Plan Azur, a project backed by his Majesty the King Mohammed VI, and destined to launch a strong touristic expansion in the next few years.

Le Jardin de Fleur is located in Mediterrania-Saïdia, the luxurious coastal complex of more than 700 hectares, with 6km of beachfront located in a region known as the Blue Pearl of Morocco.

“Kenzi Group has decided to be present in this project and will open a luxury resort with unique character,” comments Abdellatif Kabbaj, Managing Director of the Kenzi Group. “The fact that Property Logic - a European developer has chosen a 100% Moroccan management company for its flagship project in Morocco is a vote of confidence for the Moroccan tourism sector,” he adds.

The resort comprises 59 luxury villas with private pools on plots ranging from 800 to 1000 m2, providing a total of 470 beds.

In addition, the Kenzi Premium Saïdia will feature:

- Lagoon swimming pool and children’s pools
- Clubhouse
- Restaurant and bar
- Spa
- Tennis courts
- Putting green

The Kenzi Premium Saïdia will benefit from privileged access, as it will be only 35 minutes from Oujda airport which is a short flight time from most European cities. The resort is due to be completed in 2011.
