ENGLAND FOOTBALLER RIO FERDINAND VISITED THE SITE OF HIS NEW VILLA AT LE JARDIN DE FLEUR, SAÏDIA
Placed on 24-07-2008 byRio Ferdinand attended a private viewing on Friday 27 June hosted by Le Jardin de Fleur to the site of his luxury riad style Moroccan villa in 'Le Village des Amis', which he has named “one of the best spots in the world”.
Rio has purchased a 5 bedroom, three bathroom villa from Le Jardin de Fleur for £500,000, as well as townhouses for family members. Fellow team mates and friends, John Terry and Gary Neville have also personally invested in villas at Le Village des Amis. “I can’t wait to get out here on holiday when it’s all completed” said Rio.
The evening before the trip Rio attended a welcome reception in Marbella at the home of Mr. Margus Reinsalu - one of the three founding partners of Property Logic, before being flown by private aircraft to Oujda – just 30 minutes drive from the new holiday destination of Mediterrania Saïdia.
Mr. Ferdinand inspected the construction progress and admired Saïdia’s beautiful beachfront. The football hero also met with local children to give signed autographs, football shirts and to play some football on the beach before departing from Saïdia.
